How to Cancel Kindroid Ultra and MAX Add-Ons
To cancel Kindroid Ultra or MAX, cancel each unwanted add-on through its billing channel. Audit Standard separately: stopping a lower tier may leave higher-tier charges running. Confirm every unwanted renewal is canceled, record its expiry, and check dependencies for subscriptions you keep.
Before starting: access, evidence and privacy
Prepare access to your own Kindroid login, purchasing accounts and receipts before changing any subscription.
Official pages checked October 16, 2026; Kindroid's subscription page says updated October 13. This is documentation-based guidance, not a signed-in or paid-account test.
Keep receipts, billing emails and chats out of public posts. Redact addresses, unrelated purchases and payment details before contacting verified support; never send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers. A billing question should not require an intimate conversation transcript.

1. Audit Standard, Ultra and MAX separately
Expected state: three checklist rows, each marked keep, cancel, absent or unresolved, with its own billing evidence.
For each tier, note the purchasing channel, account identifier, renewal setting and displayed next billing or expiry date. Write 'unknown' rather than copying a date from another row. Match entries against receipts privately; do not assume three tiers share one transaction or deadline.
Kindroid's subscription documentation says Ultra and MAX are separate monthly add-ons. Ultra requires Standard; MAX requires both Standard and Ultra. It documents an anomaly: canceling Ultra can leave MAX billing active while service drops to Ultra level, with a 'MAX requires Ultra' warning in Billing. Reduced service is not cancellation evidence. If Standard lapses, the account becomes read-only even while Ultra/MAX add-ons remain active.
Choose your end state: for Standard only, cancel MAX and Ultra; for Standard plus Ultra, cancel MAX; for no paid renewals, cancel all three. A premium badge or working chat does not replace the billing audit.
2. Match each entry to its actual payment channel
Expected state: each unwanted renewal has an identified web, Apple or Google Play cancellation destination.
Kindroid routes web subscriptions through Profile > Billing and store purchases through the purchasing store. Pay direct on web remains web billing even when launched from an app. An Apple Pay or Google Pay checkout method alone does not establish App Store or Play billing.
If an entry is missing, check the purchasing account before trying another screen. Do not buy a replacement plan to reveal controls or move payment channels as a diagnostic experiment.
3. Cancel unwanted entries through the right route
Expected state: every unwanted entry has completed its own cancellation flow, not merely opened a management page.
If canceling every tier, you can work from MAX down through Ultra to Standard to keep your checklist organized. This is an optional order, not a Kindroid requirement; inspect every row afterward.
Web: open Profile > Billing. Standard uses Kindroid Standard Subscription > Manage; cancel Ultra and MAX under their own entries. Complete the displayed cancellation prompts. The documentation does not specify every add-on button label; follow the actual controls.
Apple: follow Apple's cancellation instructions. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; select the relevant subscription and Cancel Subscription. Repeat for other unwanted entries you actually find. If the list is unfamiliar, compare the Apple Account with the receipt before acting.
Google Play: follow Google's cancellation instructions. Open subscriptions in Google Play under the purchasing Google Account, select the unwanted subscription, tap Cancel subscription and finish the prompts. Repeat where applicable. Uninstalling the app does not cancel Play billing.
Skip routes that do not bill your entries. Read the final screen before confirming: stop if it describes buying, resubscribing or changing to a different paid plan instead of stopping the intended renewal.
4. Reopen billing and confirm status plus expiry
Expected state: each canceled row shows non-renewal evidence and its displayed end date, while intended renewals remain unchanged.
Reopen the management screen. Record its exact status wording and date, including any timezone shown. Keep the confirmation privately. Do not reinterpret a next-charge date as expiry without cancellation confirmation.
Apple says no Cancel button or a red expiration message means the subscription is already canceled. Google says ordinary canceled subscriptions remain usable for their paid time. Continued access alone therefore does not establish a failed cancellation.
Compare all three rows with your target state. Mark contradictory screens unresolved, not complete. A successful action on one row is not evidence about another. Set a reminder to recheck an unresolved entry before its displayed deadline; avoid waiting until the last minute.
5. Separate non-renewal from refunds and payment errors
Expected state: future renewal status and any past-payment question are tracked as separate issues.
Kindroid describes refunds as discretionary and case-by-case, generally unavailable. Its legal terms say cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current period. If asking about an existing charge, use the actual billing provider's official support route and applicable policy; cancellation is not refund approval.
Check the transaction date and whether the charge is pending or posted before describing it as a new renewal. Keep the cancellation timestamp and relevant receipt. Do not deliberately invalidate a payment method as a substitute for completing cancellation.
If Google Play identifies a payment plan with committed installments, its guidance distinguishes stopping future renewal from remaining payments already owed. Do not interpret a stopped renewal as erasing every payment obligation.
When to stop and ask for billing help
Stop when the purchasing account, renewal status or consequence of the confirmation screen remains unclear.
Kindroid's legal terms explicitly say deleting your account does not cancel paid services. Do not delete your account or chats as a billing fix, repeatedly purchase add-ons, or send receipts to unofficial helpers. Keep unresolved entries visible on your checklist. Contact Kindroid for web billing or the relevant store for a store-managed subscription through its official support interface.
Suggested request: 'Please confirm whether this subscription will renew, its paid-through date, and where I can cancel it. My screen shows [status], but [conflicting evidence].' Include necessary billing identifiers through the verified channel, not chat content.
Conclusion: close the audit, not just the screen
Finish only when each unwanted renewal is confirmed stopped or explicitly recorded as unresolved.
Keep dated records for Standard, Ultra and MAX, with any refund request separate. Check retained subscriptions too. Reduced features or one confirmation do not establish that every unwanted renewal has stopped.
Frequently asked questions
What should I write down if Ultra and MAX show different dates?
Keep each displayed date on its own row with the exact status wording and billing channel. Do not replace them with one account-wide deadline. Ask the billing provider to clarify any date whose meaning is unclear.
Can I mark MAX absent because its management entry will not load?
No. Mark it unresolved until you can reconcile the purchase record and management screen. A loading error is not evidence that a renewal was canceled or never existed.
Should I click Resubscribe to check whether cancellation worked?
No. Read the current status and confirmation instead. A control that starts a purchase is not a verification step; stop before authorizing a new payment.
What evidence can I share without exposing my Kindroid chats?
Use the relevant tier name, displayed billing status, dates and a concise description of the discrepancy. Provide necessary receipt identifiers only through verified support, redacting unrelated personal information. Keep conversation screenshots out of the billing request.
What should you compare next?
Once the answer is clear, use the relevant product reviews to compare fit, memory, media, privacy, price and cancellation terms before visiting a provider.
